Your recipient scans the QR code on their voucher to book a complimentary consultation at their selected U.P. gym.

We'll match them with an expert trainer, create their personalised plan and get them started.

What's the difference between four and eight sessions?
Both include the complete U.P. Method, with personalised training, nutrition coaching and seven-day support. Four sessions provide a strong introduction, while eight give them more time to build momentum and establish healthy habits. Neither package has an onboarding fee.
Who is the Gift of Health for?
Anyone aged 18 or over, regardless of fitness level or experience. Every programme starts with a comprehensive assessment of their health, body composition, movement and lifestyle, so everything is tailored to their individual needs and goals.
How do they redeem their voucher?
Your recipient books a complimentary consultation at their selected U.P. gym. We'll then match them with an expert trainer and arrange their first session.
Which gyms can the voucher be used at?
Vouchers are valid only at the U.P. gym or region selected at purchase.
How is the physical voucher delivered?
Your Gift of Health voucher arrives in a premium U.P. presentation package, delivered to the address provided at checkout.
How does the digital voucher work?
Your digital voucher is emailed to you after purchase, ready to forward to the recipient or print and give in person.
When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order physical vouchers by 16 December for Christmas delivery. Digital vouchers are available until 24 December.
Is there a limit on how many I can buy?
You can purchase vouchers for as many people as you like, but each recipient can only redeem one.
Can I buy a voucher for an existing U.P. client?
Yes. Existing clients can receive a Gift of Health voucher from someone else, but cannot purchase one for themselves.
